Trendzlo Vendor Sign-Up Policy

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor on Trendzlo, Pakistan’s first fast-fashion marketplace! We’re excited to partner with you to bring the latest trends to our customers. Please review our vendor sign-up policy below to understand the requirements, process, and guidelines for selling on our platform.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To become a vendor on Trendzlo, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Business Registration: You must be a legally registered business in Pakistan.
  • Product Quality: Your products must meet our quality standards and align with our fast-fashion niche.
  • Inventory: You must have sufficient inventory to fulfill orders promptly.
  • Brand Authenticity: Your brand must be authentic, and you must have the right to sell the products you list.

2. Application Process

To apply as a vendor, follow these steps:

  1. Submit an Application: Fill out the vendor application form on our website, providing details about your business, products, and contact information.
  2. Documentation: Submit the following documents:
  • Business registration certificate.
  • National Tax Number (NTN) or Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN), if applicable.
  • Copies of identification (CNIC for sole proprietors, partnership deed for partnerships, etc.).
  1. Review Process: Our team will review your application and documents within 7-10 business days. If approved, you will receive a welcome email with further instructions.

3. Vendor Agreement

  • Terms and Conditions: Approved vendors must agree to our Vendor Agreement, which outlines the terms of selling on Trendzlo, including commission rates, payment terms, and platform rules.
  • Exclusivity: While exclusivity is not mandatory, we encourage vendors to offer unique or exclusive products on Trendzlo.

4. Commission and Fees

  • Commission: Trendzlo charges a commission on each sale, which will be outlined in your Vendor Agreement.
  • Listing Fees: There are no upfront listing fees for vendors. However, premium features (e.g., featured listings) may incur additional charges.

5. Product Listing Guidelines

  • Quality Standards: All products must meet our quality standards. Poor-quality or counterfeit items will be removed, and the vendor may be suspended.
  • Accurate Descriptions: Product descriptions, images, and pricing must be accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prohibited Items: The following items are not allowed on Trendzlo:
    • Counterfeit or replica products.
    • Used or damaged items.
    • Items that violate intellectual property rights.
    • Prohibited or illegal items under Pakistani law.

6. Order Fulfillment

  • Shipping: Vendors are responsible for packaging and shipping orders within 24 hours of receiving them.
  • Delivery Partners: Vendors must use Trendzlo’s approved delivery partners for all orders.
  • Tracking Information: Trendzlo will provide tracking to customers if required.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Policy Compliance: Vendors must comply with Trendzlo’s return and refund policy.
  • Defective Items: If a customer receives a defective or incorrect item, the vendor is responsible for covering return shipping costs and issuing a refund or replacement.

8. Payment Terms

  • Settlement: Payments to vendors are processed bi-weekly (14 days)
  • Deductions: Trendzlo will deduct its commission and any applicable fees before transferring payments to vendors.
  • Payment Methods: Payments will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash).

9. Vendor Performance

  • Ratings and Reviews: Vendors are encouraged to maintain high ratings and positive reviews by providing excellent products and customer service.
  • Performance Metrics: Trendzlo monitors vendor performance based on:
    • Order fulfillment time.
    • Customer satisfaction (ratings and reviews).
    • Return and refund rates.
  • Suspension or Termination: Vendors who fail to meet performance standards or violate platform policies may be suspended or terminated.

10. Marketing and Promotion

  • Platform Promotion: Trendzlo will promote your products through social media, email campaigns, and featured listings.
  • Vendor Participation: Vendors are encouraged to participate in platform-wide sales and promotions (e.g., Eid Sale, Black Friday).

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Customer Disputes: Trendzlo will mediate disputes between vendors and customers. Vendors are expected to cooperate fully in resolving issues.
  • Vendor Disputes: Any disputes between Trendzlo and vendors will be resolved through mutual discussion or legal means, as outlined in the Vendor Agreement.
